Up & Over Door Up-grade
A primer-coated Hormann up & over door is supplied as standard, horizontally ribbed*. There are various options of door up-grades available such as; Vertically Ribbed, Georgian Style, dark or light oak or roller shutters. *Unless otherwise specified in the product description.
Real Brick Front Posts
Up-grade the front posts on you Spar style garage. Two attractive styles to choose from or you can provide your own bricks to match your house. (Subject to brick type)
Roof Sheets Upgrade
There are a wide variety of different roof types available. Coloured roof sheets, Steel roof tiles or galvanised roof sheets.
Steel Security Roof Sheets
Plastisol coated steel security roof sheets fixed with security fittings. (apex garages only)
Translucent Roof Sheets
Let additional natural daylight in through translucent roof sheets.
Maintenance-Free Fascias
No need for future painting or maintenance! Up-grade your fascias with PVCu. The fascias for the apex roof garages are available in white, light oak or dark oak.
Personnel Access Door
Side or rear access is easy to accommodate thanks to a choice of several different personnel door designs in 2 different widths, 2'8" and 4'0".
Window Options
Most of the buildings are fitted as standard with a standard timber framed 4ft window. This can be up-graded to an opening window or various PVCu options.
Timber Weather Bar
The Weather Bar is fixed to the garage base, just behind the up & over door. It helps to prevent leaves, dust and excessive rainfall coming under the garage door.
Lining Clips
Lining Clips are supplied in a pack of 12 clips, screws and washers. They enable a piece of timber (not supplied) to be fixed to the inside of the garage panels. This can then be boarded over to line all or part of your building.
Guttering & Down Pipe
Specify black or white guttering to the rear of your Pent garage or to one or both sides of your Apex garage.
Sand & Cement Mortar Fillet
This is optional, but strongly recommended. A mortar fillet applied to the inside of your garage walls helps to prevent water ingress.
Eaves Fillers
Block the gaps underneath the corrugated roof sheets with eaves filler. Helps to prevent draughts and dust / leaves blowing in.
Garage Partition Wall
Divide your building either along the length or across the rear to create a separate room. This can be solid and have an external personnel door or a personnel door can be fitted in the party wall to gain access from the garage.
Remote Electric Door Opener
The remote garage door opener is suitable for all up & over doors. No need to brave the elements again when opening your garage door! Comes with 1 remote handset, more are available at additional cost.
Side Hung Timber Doors
Replace your up & over door with traditional side-hung timber doors.
Offset Garage Door
If a full width garage door is not needed, there is a large choice of offset door sizes and positions, ask for further details.
Throughway Garage Door
If you require an additional garage door in the rear of your building, there are various "throughway" options available.

Roller Shutter Door
Roller shutter doors are available in a choice of 6 colours. (Extra High garages only).
