Up & Over Door Up-grade
A full width white up & over door is supplied as standard with 4-point locking. There are various options of door up-grades available such as; Plastisol Coated, Vertically Ribbed, Georgian Style, Cedar wood or roller shutter.

Real Brick Front Posts
Up-grade the front posts on you Spar style garage. Four attractive styles to choose from.
Painted Coloured Roof Sheets
Change you standard roof sheets to one of four colours. (Apex garages only, included as standard on Apex Superior)
Granular Steel Roof Sheets
Replace your standard roof sheets with steel metro tiles. These are available in 6 different colours, samples are available to view at our show site. (apex garages only, included as standard on the Banbury Spar and Banbury Brick)
Steel Security Roof Sheets
Plastisol coated steel security roof sheets fixed with security fittings. Grafotherm anti-condensation coating on the underside. (apex garages only)
Translucent Roof Sheets
Let additional natural daylight in through translucent roof sheets. (apex garages only)
Maintenance-Free Fascias
No need for future painting or maintenance! Up-grade your fascias with PVCu (apex garages) or plastisol coated steel (flat garages). The fascias for the apex roof garages are available in white, golden oak or rosewood colours. The plastisol steel fascias for the flat garages are available in white or dark brown. These options are on display at our show site. (Included as standard on Apex Superior and Flat Superior)
Personnel Access Door
Side or rear access is easy to accommodate thanks to a choice of 4 personnel door designs in 5 different finishes and 2 different widths, 2'8" and 4'0". All steel personnel doors are fitted as standard with 3-point security locking.
Window Options
Most of the buildings are fitted as standard with a standard timber framed 2ft window. This can be up-graded to a wider timber window, an opening window or various PVCu options. For extra security the PVCu widows can be fitted with laminated glass. A 2ft PVCu window is standard on the Superior and Banbury models.
Shelving Options
There are various shelving solutions available for your concrete garage or shed. The Shelf Stack is available 2ft, 4ft or 6ft wide, six shelves high. Alternatively, individual shelf brackets and shelves are available.
Timber Weather Bar
The Weather Bar is fixed to the garage base, just behind the up & over door. It helps to prevent leaves, dust and excessive rainfall coming under the garage door.
Lining Clips
Lining Clips are supplied in a pack of 12 clips, screws and washers. They enable a piece of timber (not supplied) to be fixed to the inside of the garage panels. This can then be boarded over to line all or part of your building.
Autolift Electric Door Opener
The Compton Autolift remote garage door opener is suitable for all Compton up & over doors. No need to brave the elements again when opening your garage door! Comes with 2 remote handsets and an internal courtesy light.
Offset Garage Door
If a full width garage door is not needed, there is a large choice of offset door sizes and positions, ask for further details.
Throughway Garage Door
If you require an additional garage door in the rear of your building, there are various "throughway" options available.

Thermaglide Roller Shutter Door
High performance Thermaglide electronically operated roller shutter doors are available in a choice of 6 colours. (Extra High garages only)
