THE FLAT BRICK GARAGE

The Compton Flat Brick garage provides the appearance of a brick built building at a fraction of the price. There is a choice of four different brick colours that are available as plain brick or with "accent colour bricks" featured on the panels. (Samples of these finishes are available to view at our show site.)

Although called a "flat garage" it slopes towards the back so all rainwater easily drains away. Fitted as standard with a white galvanised steel up and over door, one window and sand / cement fillet to internal walls. As with all Compton garages, the wider the garage, the wider the up & over door giving easier access and maximising space. The up & over door also comes with 4-point locking as standard. The Flat Brick also boasts full-length* vandal resistant galvanised steel roof sheets with Grafo-Therm anti-condensation treatment as standard. *full length on garages up to 22'2" long.

There are various optional extras available such as; maintenance-free fascias, personnel door, PVCu / opening windows and guttering. (See our optional extras section for a full list of all options available).

Available in ten single widths (8', 8'6", 9', 9'6", 10', 10'6", 12', 12'6", 14'6" & 16') and six double/twin widths (17', 19', 21', *16'9", *18'9" & *20'9" (*Denotes party wall - twin garage). There are twelve standard lengths available in 2ft increments up to 28'2" long. (22'2" to 28'2" only available up to 12'6" wide)
