THE APEX TEXTURED GARAGE

Structurally, this is the same as the Apex Spar, but instead of the pebbledash / spar finish, it has a "joint-free" textured render finish. This textured coating is applied on-site after the garage is built and is available in four attractive colours; Magnolia, White, French Stone or Palace Grey. Samples of these finishes are available to view at our show site.

It comes as standard with a white galvanised steel up & over door(s), one window, eaves filler to both sides and a sand / cement fillet to the inside walls. With the Apex Textured garage, the wider the garage, the wider the up & over door giving easier access and maximising space. The up and over door(s) have 4-point locking as standard.

This model is also available as an Apex Textured High, giving extra height to the eaves and extra door clearance, very useful for 4x4's and people carriers.

There are various optional extras available such as; maintenance-free fascias, personnel door, PVCu / opening windows, translucent roof sheets and guttering. (See our optional extras section for a full list of all options available).

The Apex Textured is available in eleven single widths (8', 8'6", 9', 9'6", 10', 10'6", 11', 11'6", 12'6", 13' & 14'6") and five double widths (16'6", 17', 18'6", 19' & 21'). There are twelve standard lengths available in 2ft increments up to 28'2" long but any length can be supplied.
