Flat Spar - Concrete Garages
Its permanent strength, smart looks and affordability makes the Flat
Spar superb value for money. It comes as standard with a white galvanised
steel up and over door, one window and guttering to rear. As with all
Compton garages, the wider the garage, the wider the up & over door
giving easier access and maximising space. The Flat Spar also boasts full-length
vandal resistant galvanised steel roof sheets with Grafo-Therm anti-condensation
treatment as standard. It is available as a Flat Spar High, giving extra
height to the eaves and extra door clearance. If required the Flat Spar
can be forward sloping.
Available in six single widths (8’, 8’6", 9’, 9’6",
10’6" & 12’6") and four double/twin widths (17’,
*16’9", *18’9" & *20’9" (*Denotes
party wall). There are seven standard lengths up to 20’2".
